Woah, I usually don't care much for cars, airplanes, helicopters e.t.c, but this one took my attention.

The composition is very interesting. I asume you added the black/white effect, it really fits the pic. This way you can clearly see the helicopter and the ropes/wires.

Oh, and I sure like the title, hehe.

Yes, I converted it to BW from Color. I had some one ask me about the bottom wire due to it's discrepency to the others but it is in fact there and was not added. They are power lines arount the Police Station, the bottom one actually runs to a light in the field to this side of the building wile the others run to the other side.

As far as the title goes....Well, in all honesty I have ample reason to believe the patient did not survive given the behaivior of the Medivac team as well as a few other aspects.

Nice timing on the shot. It looks like the helicopter is actually sitting on the wire. Good job.
