Gah! The evil red eye!

I don't watch Naruto [Well, I watched it once...] but doesn't that ninja master guy who wears a mask over all but his left eye have that sharingan thing?
And for that matter, does the sharingan give you a special power thing? I seem to remember that it had some sort of hypnosis that made the other person pretty much beat up themselves with mind tricks...

thanks for the comment, yeah he has the sharingan on one side, it can create illusions and mind manipulation, but it can also copy techniqes, pretty cool, but not cool enough, lol
