Important Notes: I STRONGLY recommend seeking support in the help section of the forums rather than the support email. Response times for the support email are typically very slow, and in the forums other members can offer you help as well as site helpers.
The FAQ has answers to many common questions. You should read it before emailing support -- you'll get your answer a lot faster.
When replying to an email from us, always include the previous message body. Multiple people work these email addresses and if you don't include the previous message your request can not be efficiently processed.
Stolen fanwork abuse reports: abuse@Photo-Lucidity.com
When submitting an abuse report, be sure to include the following information:
1. a LINK to the stolen image
2. a LINK to the original (here or another site). Or specifics of the source (like what art book it was scanned from)
3. Inlude the username of the abuser in the email.
Tech support/General Help : support@Photo-Lucidity.com
When sending an email requesting tech support or reporting a problem be sure to include:
1. Your username.
2. Any error message you received. Provide the exact message (copy and paste), not just some vague "it said something about an error". I write those messages for a reason, I can use them for finding where the problem is.
3. READ THE FAQ before emailing. The answers to many common questions are in there.
